1. Payment- Full payment is required upfront for all services. Payment can be made Paypal, Cashapp or via deePerfect website. Cash transactions are not accepted.

2. No Copyright- We DO NOT use trademarked or copyrighted images.

3. Processing Time- Custom orders require a 1-2 week processing time from the time of payment received. Rush orders are possible for a fee.

4. Mock Ups- Two Free Mock Ups will be provided for custom orders. Additional Mock Ups will be provided a $5 fee each.

5. No Returns or Cancellations

6. Imperfections- All items are subject to small imperfections due to their handmade nature.

8. Care Guide- Each item comes with a care guide. Please follow this care guide to ensure long-lasting quality.

9. Non-Shipped Items- All items that are not shipped must be picked up from Dee at her preferred location.
